Young Duckin of Duxley came back from the crusades only to find that the rulers had confiscated his lands (for failure to pay taxes while he was off campaigning against the latest great evil), beggared his most loyal followers, and forced his fiancée Myrienne into religious orders. He followed his love to Bluebill Temple only to discover that she was fast tracking into the temple’s priesthood and rather liked the opportunities and respect she was given there!
Despondent, Duckin fled to the marshes with a handful of his most loyal friends, and that friar from Webfoot Landing who seemed unusually eager to shut down his chapel there. Over strong “marshwaters” at The Dive, Salty Goosedown offered the young ex-Noble the job of running her ferries... Robbing the rich and giving to the poor (his posse) is a side job.
Duckin is 23mm toe-to-eye, cast in metal with an integrated cobblestone base. All miniatures are supplied unpainted.
