Wiley swamp dwarf Filaxe Duckbaneson is a hedge mage and magic crafter who commands a party of dwarfish duck hunting zealots. He knows how to make the Swamp Whistle a powerful, dangerous magical item (if one is a waterfowl), something he perfected over the many decades of his life.
Swamp Dwarves live as exiles from their subterranean-dwelling cousins. Shyllip and his nephew Fil were driven out for their questionable religious practices and willingness to sell body parts of sentient creatures, including dwarves. They live in a close-knit clan setting, where all outsiders are suspect. Some of the youngest dwarves have never seen a dwarf who wasn’t family.
Filaxe is 24mm toe-to-eye, cast in metal with an integrated cobblestone base. All miniatures are supplied unpainted.

PROCESSING ORDERS
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FLAT RATE
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We offer NZ$30 flat rate shipping internationally.
CURRENT SHIPPING DELAYS
There are currently delays of up to 3 working days with getting parcels from NZ onto international flights due to limited cargo capacity. We are doing everything we can to get all parcels destined for overseas on their way as quickly as possible. When your package reaches your country, expect 2-3 weeks for delivery due to world events.
IMPORT CUSTOMS DUTY
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Star Hat Miniatures is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
STATUS OF ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at darcy@d3.net.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
